Abstract (EN)
Taking into consideration today's globalized world, it is argued that the conditions of competition have also changed and the human factor has gained even more importance accordingly. The businesses aiming to create awareness in competition shall be able to use human potential efficiently and manage them correctly. At this point, it is very important to integrate talent management approach, that values human and talented employees to human resources. Talent management refers to finding, retaining, developing and managing the talented high-potential individuals. The purpose of this study is; to examine the effects of talent management on employee performance and to indicate whether these effects differ according to some demographic characteristics (age, gender, education, status, professional experience, etc.). In the first and second part of the study, the concept and process of talent management and performance is explained. The third section is about the evaluation methods and factors affecting the performance of employees and the fourth part is the survey. The survey was conducted on 504 employees in different firms where talent management was implemented. The reliability of the questionnaire was checked by SPSS program and analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. According to the results, it is revealed that talent management has a positive effect on employee performance.
