Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was investigated whether leader-member exchange, perceived organizational support and organizational justice have a moderator role in the effect of talent management on employees' job satisfaction and also whether these variables differ significantly according to status in the talent pool of employees. The data of the research were obtained using the online survey method from 324 employees in businesses that apply talent management in Ankara province. SPSS 23.0 and Lisrel 8.8 package programs were used in the entry and analysis of the data. As a result of research, it has been determined that talent management has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction, leader-member exchange, perceived organizational support and organizational justice. In addition, it has been determined that perceived organizational support has a moderator role in the effect of talent management on employee job satisfaction, while leader-member exchange and perceived organizational justice do not have a moderator role. However, it was determined that the variables used in the research differ significantly according to status in the talent pool of employees. In other words, it has been concluded that talent management perception, leader-member exchange level, organizational support perception, organizational justice perception and job satisfaction level of talented employees in the talent pool are higher than other employees.
