Abstract (EN)

In this study; The relationship between the level of emotional reactivity and business life and romantic relationships in adult individuals and the differences of these variables according to demographic characteristics were examined. The sample of the research consists of 427 adult individuals. In order to collect data in the research; Demographic Information Form, Emotional Reactivity Scale, Relationship Satisfaction Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale were used, and the relational survey model was used as the research model. The data obtained from the participants were analyzed with the SPSS 24.0 statistical program. Since normal distribution was observed in the analysis of the data, Independent Sample T-Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Pearson Correlation Analysis and Simple Linear Regression Analysis were used for predictive analysis. Scheffe test was used to determine which group or groups had the difference between multiple groups. When the findings of the research were examined, it was seen that there was no significant relationship between emotional reactivity, work life and romantic relationships. Differences of variables according to demographic characteristics were examined. The findings were discussed within the framework of the literature and some suggestions were presented.
