Abstract (EN)
The significance of the relationship between the level of organizational trust and job satisfaction perceived by individuals working in food-and-beverage enterprises is investigated. individuals working in the food and beverage company, which operates in Turkey to this end the investigation. Demographic Information Form, Organizational Confidence Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale were used to collect the data. Independent samples T-test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Analysis were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the research, it was determined that there is a strong correlation between job satisfaction of colleagues working in food and beverage enterprises, colleague trust, manager trust and trust level of stakeholders
