In this study, antibiogram results of acinetobacterspecies that are identified on 647 patients that have stayed at intensive care units of gaziosmanpaşa university faculty of medicine hospital in between 2011-2018 were evaluated by vitek-2 system. as result of this evaluations, the most sensitive antimicrobial agents against acinetobacter species are colistins with sensivity rate %98,6. the second ones are tigecyclins with sensivity rate % 75,6 .

Abstract (EN)
Acinetobacter species are mandatory aerobic, immobile, oxidase-negative and gram-negative coccobasils. They can be found anywhere as a saprophyte bacteria, but especially in hospital enviroment, can be observed in wet surfaces like mechanical respiratory devices. In humanbeing, they can make persistent infection at respiratory system, urinary system and wounds while in immunocompromised patients they can make severe clinical situations up to septicemia. They take place among pathogens that show multi-drug resistancy. Especially Acinetobacter baumannii is hard to be treat because of multi-dreg resistancy including carbapenems. The treatment is applied according to antibiogram sensivity results. In this study, antibiogram results of Acinetobacterspecies that are identified on 647 patients that have stayed at intensive care units of Gaziosmanpaşa University Faculty of Medicine Hospital in between 2011-2018 were evaluated by vitek-2 system. As result of this evaluations, the most sensitive antimicrobial agents against Acinetobacter species are colistins with sensivity rate %98,6. the second ones are tigecyclins with sensivity rate % 75,6 . Resistancy and sensivity situations were evaluated for cases that happened 2011-2014/ 2015-2018. And cefoperazon-sulbactam, netilmicin, tetracycline, tobramicin and trimetoprim-sulphametoksazol were found statistically significant. Otherwise tigecycline, ceftriakson, cefoksitin, cefepim, piperacillin, meropenem, levofloxacin, gentamicin, colistin, ciprofloxacin, ceftizoxime, sulbactam- ampicillin, amoxicillin-clavulanate, amikacin were found statistically insignificant. To sum up the drug resistancy of Acinetobacter species is increasing. And that make using drugs according to antibiogram results very important.
