Özet (EN)
Cardiopulmonary arrest (CPA) is a sudden stop of spontaneus respiration and circulation. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is an effort to regain the functions of spontaneous heart rate, respiration and heart. The first intervention in Cardiac Arrest, primarily is the duty of all doctors. The aim of our study is to compare the survival of the patients who were arrested during their treatment in Intensive care unit and the patients who had been arrested before coming Intensive care unit (Internal Intensive Care, Anesthesia Intensive Care). This study was conducted through the archival records of the patients who were accepted as an arrest and the patients who were arrested during treatment in intensive care units of Firat University Hospital between the dates of January 1, 2012- December 31, 2014. 836 patients included in the study, they were 456 males (54.5%), and 380 females (45.5%). It is found that, in the groups AYB II and DYB II male gender increased but in group DYB I female gender increased. The average age between the groups was found increased in group DYB II. The most common primary disease according to the systems was Myocardial Infarction (MI) in Group AYB I and DYB I, on the other hand in Group AYB II and DYB II the most primary disease was Ischemic Cerebrovascular disease. When the ratio of returning of spontaneous circulation was compared between the groups, it was found that the rate was higher in group AYB II than group DYB II and it was found statistically significant (45.5-14.9%). Survival rates in group AYB I and AYB II were found higher than group DYB I and DYB II (31.9-31.4% / 7.7-11.2%). When the discharge rate in AYBU and DYBU is compared, it is found that the discharge rate in group AYBU was higher and statistically significant (10-3%) than group DYBU. As a result, In patients who were followed up at the Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit, it is found that there is a statistically significant diferrence as a result of resusciation in terms of returning of spontaneous circulation, survival and discharge. This study clearly reveals the surviving lives thanks to successful initiatives, the benefits of effective CPR applications and the effort and time spent for developing these applications and also reveals how valuable are the guides.
