Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACT The highway stake-out is the most important matter in the surveying engineering. The applications of measurements are required the stake-out. The accuracy of stake-out in the survey project is very important for the application of engineering measurement. In this thesiss, using RTK GPS as a new technology in the highway project are tested through accuracy, economically and performance analysis. The quality of the geodetic applications in the highway construction is increased proportionally by the standard of the highway. The expected standards of the geodetic applications in the high standard highway are exceed the expected standarts in the normal geodtic applications. The standards of the geodetic applications in the highway construction are explained in the technical regulations. However, because of updating the new technological developments very quickly, the application of these new technologies are delayed. GPS technology is a sample in these technologies. Turkish Highway Mapping Specification is used for the geodetic applications in our country highway. This specification contains the traditional survey and datum. In this specification, the preparation and application of the article containig the new technologies are required for the investigation and time. Recently, RTK GPS Technique has been appeared the new technology for GPS Technique especially for obtainig great possibilities in highway construction. This technique is investigated for using the standards of the existing and new planning geodetic infrastructure. For this investigation, the international technical specifications are examined and evaluated. Keywords: RTK GPS, stake-out, HRMS, VRMS, reference point, accuracy.. vn
