Abstract (EN)
To be able to Access the Information at the right time in order toresponse to the changes in the other organizations and market on time, hasa vital effect on organization?s lifetime. This can only be achieved byestablishing an effective Management Information System.Management Information Systems (MIS), Which make a substantialchange and great contributions to organization?s activities, must beestablished in a cost-effective way and must meet the requirements oforganizations.Medical area which means hospitals are one of the mostly MIS usedplaces.There is a need for establishment of information systems in hospitals torealize the aims, such as; providing an effective health service, following theincome and expenses, preventing the deficiency of income, effectivedirecting of resources, providing the hospital management with theinformation of strategic decisions.The purpose of this study is to examine, ?Information, nformationSystems, Management Information Systems? issues and determine the usersatisfaction level and effectiveness of a hospital?s Management InformationSystem.
