Management and ethical issues were examined in this study, nurses assumed the roles of health care has been indispensable in the study. This study benefited from the technical literature, are included in the professional experience and observation.Health care has an essential role in the protection of public health. Effectively walk of health services is directly related to health care. Psychologically they are healthy health workers will ensure the provision of effective health services. Psychologically they are healthy is related to the working conditions of health workers. In particular, the attitude and behavior of managers towards staff, can affect the status of the staff in a positive or negative direction. The crucial issue is the ethics of managers in attitudes and behaviors. Attitudes and behaviors exhibited by the ethics of managers, employees, raising the perception of organizational trust and commitment will ensure job satisfaction and motivation. In such an environment the quality of health service delivery will be increased.
