Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of characteristics such as gender, age and education level in the board of directors on corporate governance practices; The corporate governance rating reports and boards of directors of 53 companies included in the corporate governance index were examined by content analysis, which is a qualitative analysis method, and the findings were included in the study.
