Abstract (EN)
The transformational leader's goal is to achieve systemic change and transformation throughout the organization, and then to sustain it. In this context, the aim is to put the influence of the transformational leaders on the creativity of the employees in the decision process in the objective management. Within the scope of the research, a questionnaire consisting of transformational leadership and creativity scales was applied to the employees. The Cronbach Alpha values for the scales are: Idealized Impact 0,869, Induced Motivation 0,762, Individual Support 0,814, Creativity 0,797. Among the important findings of the research, the average of the total points of gender idealized effect, instinct motivation, individual support and creativity scale were compared and it was concluded that the difference between the averages was not statistically significant. Married individuals were found to have a higher incentive score than unmarried individuals, whereas the total scores of creativity scale of single individuals were found to be significantly higher than married ones. It was observed that the difference between the idealized effect and the individual support point averages in terms of marital status was not statistically significant. According to the age levels, it was investigated whether the difference between total mean scores of idealized effect, instinctive motivation, individual support and creativity scale was statistically significant, and the difference between instinctive motivation and individual support total score averages was statistically significant.
