Participation management and a practice on public sector and private sector

THE SUMMARY Our study seeks out participation in management, ör in the other words, partidpatory management. The terrn of participation in management refers to participation of whole employees in ali levels of management and ali managerial desicions. After analyzing related terms and teories, participation in managament has been examined in detail. Although the term of participation in management is known industrial democracy in Western Europe, it is understood and practiced as workers' participation in managerial levels and decisions in workplaces in the USA in this study participatory management has been examined with the aspects and practices of management and organization in the USA and the other countries. The researcher has tried to esplore relations between classical and modern management and organization teories and participatory management and participactory management approach.
