Evaluation of impacts of privization on the process of management of the organizations by the view of governance (Erdemir T.A.Ş.)

The creation of globalization produce whether widely known neo liberal politics or the process of the organizational management, also economi politics changed according to the reflection of these politics. The changes of oraganizational structure also bring the evolution on the employers and outputs of the organization.With these changes the inefficient activities at the public management and disusage of the sources bruise the calassical management mentality. Applications of privization creates pressure on the organizations and makes organizations to be indifferent. At this point, governancec and good governance included in the process and offer a nem management mentality with its own principles. The base arguement of governance creating more flexible hiyerarcy to implement an ideal ?controbution of all to management?.Governance mentality, especially as a result of privatization politics, turned into a compulsory process in organizations? internal and external structuring in certain processes.It appears as a paradigm that contains workers? morals and motivation, effective work, work satisfaction, culture and worths of the organism, at the same time it contains the organizations? image identity, esteem and social reponsibility which is important in reflecting these inner processes.First of all the organizations which are privatized and the administration of the organization which is oblivious to this process, must prepare them to this change. The organization and the workers who are face to face to different structuring must be embodied to the administration process and administrative processes in the direction of giving information and openness. Consequently the necessity of reading the effects of privatization in this study of governance understanding, becomes necessary in today?s competition ambient.
