In this study, a research was conducted to determine the fatigue-life equations of aluminum alloy materials subjected to fatigue and specific thermal treatment parameters, utilizing the Wöhler curve method. The Wöhler curve is a mathematical equation that expresses the relationship between stress level and fatigue life. It is employed to comprehend the iMPact of stress level on fatigue life and predict material behavior. Experimental studies were carried out to verify the accuracy of the mathematical equations derived from the Wöhler curve. Numerical examples were performed involving stress magnitudes and life analyses. These numerical examples were then coMPared with the results obtained from the derived mathematical equations. A rotating bending fatigue testing machine was used for the fatigue-life analysis under stress. By employing the Wöhler curve, the fatigue-life equations under stress for aluminum alloy materials were derived. Keywords: Fatigue, Fatigue test, Fatigue life analysis
