Abstract (EN)
Controlling in operating process is important as much as designing and applying of high and large engineering structures which needs extra cost and labour. These structures shows different behaviours when they exposed to internal and external loads. Because of this for inspection and structure reliability it must be observed and controlled the dynamic behaviour of structure that it is harmonious with project datas. When considering the big disasters in the future, using the reliable tools, it can be analysed that circular and vibration behaviours and also revealed the real situation and performance of structure. In addition to these studies, an application was realized for observing the structure behaviours in Şişli Plaza which has got 42 flats and is one of the highest building in Istanbul. In this study, GPS Measurements, modeling, evaluation of this measurements and results are examined.
