Abstract (EN)
In recent years, especially in urban areas where construction is intense, high building construction has increased rapidly to meet the housing and office needs of people. The design of these tall buildings requires special design and approach analysis. In our country, wind and earthquake effects come into importance as well as vertical effects for the safe design of such structures.he effect of wind loads becomes more important, especially as the building height increases. Considering that the recurrence interval is low due to the fact that wind is a continuous meteorological event, the design under the influence of wind becomes more important than other effects in terms of comfort of high buildings. Within the scope of this thesis, it is aimed to determine the dynamic wind force that will affect the building by using the probability method Spectral Representation Method (SRM). With this method, dynamic wind forces are generated from synthetic wind records calculated over time. The dynamic wind loads obtained with SRM are compared with the equivalent static wind loads defined in TS EN 1991 1-4 (2007). In addition, the construction intended in Izmir and Turkey Building Earthquake Code (2018) and TS 500 (2000) behavior under seismic and wind loads of a high reinforced concrete buildings designed according to the principles of design located was examined.Static and dynamic states of earthquake and wind loads are considered separately. Analysis was carried out according to TS EN 1991 1-4 as equivalent static wind loading and SRM as dynamic wind loading for the selected building. As a result of the analyzes carried out with TS EN 1991 1-4 and SRM, the results such as floor horizontal displacements, floor shear forces and floor moments obtained from high reinforced concrete building were compared and the behavior of a reinforced concrete high building under the effects of wind and earthquake was investigated.
