Abstract (EN)

Energy necessity is increasing day by day with the development of technology and the increase in population, This has caused the production and transmission of energy to rise in capacity and size also attracting attention to minimize losses in general terms by increasing the value given to energy generation and transmission. For this reason, productivity, materials, maintenance and repair times have increased the value of work safety and human health are more inportant then before. It is also important that the energy produced is kept at the maximum level from the point of production to the point of consumption as much as is important in the production of energy. The energy produced by a lot of labor, after that must not be lost while it is carried. For this reason, transmission methods need to be considered. In the scope of this study, different energy transmission methods have been investigated and subsequently they have been compared with each other. Several projects from various locations of the world, some of them have already been completed while some of them are still under execution, have been examined and accordingly, practical examples are hereby presented. The investigated and comparisons of this study are referenced from numerous previous thesis and articles related to the subject. My thesis aims to present the advantages of electrical utility system. This thesis proves the advantageous aspects of cable tunnels to other energy transmission systems. It has been demonstrated that cable tunnels should be used in the future in our country and it is aimed to be shared with relevant institutions, organizations and authorities.
