Abstract (EN)
microbridges have been investigated by means of bolometric response under near infrared radiation of 908nm wavelength IR laser. A fabrication process for the IR sensor compatible to the optical system has been developed. Starting from the YBCO component powders a complete process have been developed for high sensitive bolometers, and a complete characteriztion had been performed. Prior to the thin film production, YBCO target materials were prepared for the sputtering system by using hot pressing and conventional powder sintering. 2" diameter YBCO targets were then attached to the DC/RF magnetron sputtering system, then, thin films were prepared and tested. An optical system was constructed for obtaining physical properties and infrared response of thin films and microbridges. The results associated for the fabrication process including the theoretical coveradge are discussed in appropriate sections.
