Total quality management perception in higher education institutions: Düzce University and Oviedo University samples

Higher education institutions play an important constituents role for a country to develop culturally, economically, socially and politically. Having prior goals in the globalizing world stands as a crucial aim for a country. Therefore with a collective gaze, countries try their best to evaluate their systems, practices necessary actions successfully so as to foster quality and quantity of their higher education institutions. Henceforth, the study here executes the needs for quality studies and thereafter realizes quality outputs. Higher Education Institutions as for practice, ground of quality outputs play a crucial role in keeping in touch with the global changes hereafter preserve their ties with the World; hence compensate the daily needs changed occurred in the course of the time and so forth, providing necessities of the day to be updated and reserving their dynamic positions are expected ambitions of the quality assessment output. This study focuses on the quality practices, outputs and social benefits of the project practices and target group innovation actualized by higher education institutions in the globalized world. Within the scope of Total Quality Practices, quality researches, practices and outputs of Düzce University and Oviedo University are studied and their present practices are evaluated.
