Abstract (EN)

Humans are the univalent and inimitable assets for the companies. Companies will be well ahead with their employees in global business world. With modern management thoughts managers believe that employees will be happy and productive, if only their needs and expectations are satisfied and they are motivated and happy in their work life. For this reason, it is important for the companies to have satisfied employees from their job. Therefore, companies should try to increase their employees job satisfaction level by implementing various managerial activities. Not only for the companies, also for society, satisfied employees are very important.In this study, we analyze the effects of employement in area of specialization in self training field on job satisfaction. Vocational education and school-industry cooperation in Turkey should be supported and also managers should employ worker who trained for and interested the working area of the company. At the end of the study you can find the results of the Questionnaire which is about the job satisfaction of the employee who works in self training field.Key Words: Job satisfaction, Employment, Unemployment, Higher Education, Self Training Field
