This study deals with "The Signs of Sovereignty and the Ways of Empowerment in Surat Yusuf", and it includes three chapters; I presented her with an introduction about the causes, motives, and importance of the research, and then paved the way for it by defining the meaning of empowerment and ownership in language and terminology, and the difference between them. The first chapter, which I titled "Objective Vision in the Verses of Sovereignty and Empowerment," contained two chapters: the first chapter on knowing the subject of the surah and the reasons for its revelation and other things that the commentators talked about, in addition to defining the verses of kingship and empowerment related to the subject of the research, and the second chapter included the stages through which our master Yusuf, peace be upon him, went through to reach the conclusion. Ownership and empowerment. The second chapter, which I titled Intellectual Vision in the Verses of Sovereignty and Empowerment, included three topics. In the first topic, I spoke about the meanings derived from the verses of sovereignty and empowerment, such as patience, justice, and knowledge. In the second topic, I dealt with the levels of empowerment, and in the third topic, I studied the fruits that were achieved for our master Yusuf, peace be upon him. The third chapter, which was titled The Artistic Vision in the Verses of Kingship and Empowerment, included three topics: I spoke in the first topic about characters and their symbols, and in the second topic I dealt with the dramatic event and its elements, and I devoted the third topic to studying the image and its sources. I concluded the research with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important results, and then made a glossary of the sources and references that I used in this research
