Effects of time management on nurses job efficiency (İzmir Dr. Behçet Uz Pediatric Desase and Surgery Training and Research Hospital Sample)

Time management is of importance for all porffessional groups as well as nursing. Time management will contribute to nurses job effıciency, providing compensation of work load, where even seconds are important. Setting the priorities by effcient time manegement, is essential for health care sector, where human life is the subject matter. Efficient using of time durıng career increases job efficiency. Effıcient time manegement is crucial for nurses who take a considerabele role on health care. However, this aim for rational use is affected by some internal and external factors. This study serching the effects of time management on nurses job efficiency and to bring out the factors interfering time manegement, is hold in İzmir Dr. Behçet Uz Pediactric Desase and Surgery Training and Research Hospital; 185 nurse and midwife were included among total 384 working, by questionnaires. This sutudy claims for the job efficiency of health care workers and especially nurses by time manegement; who struggle with dedicated efforts for indiviuals care and finally public health.
