Abstract (EN)
Zebercet Coşkun, who started her literary life in 1966, owes her real fame to her work "Haçin", which was deemed worthy of an award in the Milliyet Novel Contest, although she wrote in many genres in the field of literature, from novel to fairy tale, from research to story. This novel, which is the story of how the ethnic identity-centered sensitivity, which the state authority was lost in the Saimbeyli district of Adana during the turbulent years and the French and Armenians scratched and turned into a wound, dragged the people who lived together for years into a dead end, is the author's masterpiece. Our study has been prepared on the basis of the entire corpus of the author, which has lost its actuality today, not only the documentary work that shows the feature of a note that has been written down in history. Our research consists of two parts apart from introduction, conclusion and bibliography. In the introduction, the concept of the novel, the development of the Turkish novel and the works of Zebercet Coşkun are mentioned. In the first chapter, information is given about the author's personal life, literary personality and works. In the second part; General information about the novels of the author, under the title of structure, structural elements such as summary, plot, characters, time, place, point of view and narrator were analyzed. In addition, individual and social themes in the novels were examined; Concepts such as friendship, patriotism, war, exploitation, genocide, deportation and religion are included under sub-headings. In the continuation of the chapter, the tales of the author, which constitute an important point of his corpus; mentality, plot and theme integrity. Finally, the free writings of the author within the framework of mythology, legend and cultural history of the city in periodicals were evaluated separately.
