Abstract (EN)
Zakat in the context of the places where "fi sebilillah" thesis is divided into two parts with the exception of the introduction and conclusion sections. In the first chapter the zekat's conceptual analysis have been done and in the main lines were investigated In the second part, it was tackled conceptual analysis of the Ti sebilillah' class which is one of the zakat's way how this concept is evaluated by the commentaries,in which meaning is used in hadith thoughts of denominations of fiqh about scope and limitation of this concept, finally, contemporary scholars and some countries who made the law of fiqh concerning of what is their contemporary approach. We have summarized in the conclusion The outcome of the research results. Key words: Zakat, Fi sebilillah, The way of Allah.
