Channels of spending zakah

The offerings which is insurance for the society wealth, is the most basic worship of the Islamic religion that is made by the goods. The offerings given by wealthly people, is given some determined qualifications and with the requirements quantity to the people who has the rights for taking offerings by willingly. It is done for the saving the equilibrium point between the riches and the poors, to prevent the gap between their wealth. It is the social aids for the society that needs to be going on healthily even it is required to be rearrangement. Because of this reason to find the people who really need aids and do the best way is the point that Islam pays attention on it. In Holly Qur?an in 60th verse of Sura of Tevbe was mentioned to where the offerings are to given. According to the holly verse offerings can only be given to the eight classes of people, except these it can not be given. Those people are the followings:1. The Poor: The people who has less good from the quantity of quorum or if they have it will valuable only for the basic requirements.2. Supine: The people who have no income, who need aids for the meals and the wearings.3. Stuffs: (For the offerings) The people who work for getting and distributing the offerings at any level.4. Determined Hearts: The people whom wanted to be closer to Islam and whom wanted to be sure from their bad behaviors and stable on the Islamic religion.5. Slaves: The people who loose their freedom and being under another people command via wars or any reason.6. Debtor: The people who have debt and have no other value in amount of quorum if they pay their debt.7. The one who works for the way of Allah: The people who work for the sake of Allah and who fight for Allah?s sake.8. Stranded people on the roads: The people who cannot reach their arrivements for any reason.The eight classes mentioned who could get the offerings, depends on the conditions, the time and the comment of scholars. To the one who are out of these classes the offering can not be given. The offerings connot be given to who is clearly explained those are the followings:1. The Rich: The people who has more goods than the quantity of quorum that mentioned by Islam.2. Non Muslims: The people except from Determined Hearts who is non Muslim.3. The people who responsible to care: The people who belong to ascending line and lawful issue (Mother, father, grandmother, grand father, child, and grand child.). The people that the person who is responsible for all requirements.4. The relatives of Prophet Muhammed: It is also pointed that the offering can not be given to the relatives of Prophet Muhammed (p. b. u. h).Keywords: Offering, The poor, The rich, Alms, Quorum
