Abstract (EN)

Zeydiyya religious sect Zeyd descends the Emevi caliph has started with Hişam rebellion until our day a continuation religious sect. Zeydiyya is similar to the Sunni about some points while it is familiar with the Mut?azila about other points in terms of İslamic theology. Zeydiyya accept the Qur?an, the Sunna, the Idjma and Analogy as a source of Islamic law in terms of method. They also used the things Djumhur used as guide in addition to theese four main guides. They developed their sects by using interpretation method. We see that they have some ideas Djumhur does not have in terms of fiqh. Zeydiyya religious sect members general live in Yemen.
