Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to form the high-density linkage groups in olive and to determine the quantitative trait loci (QTL) which affected fruit maturity. Regarding this aim, 94 genotypes (92-F1 individuals and parents) which were selected from Memecik x Uslu hybrid population) were analyzed by SSR and DArT-SNP markers. It was obtained 23 linkage groups, which were the number of olive haploid chromosomes, in both olive varieties. The total length of these groups was found to be 2921.9 cM for Memecik and 2543.2 cM for Uslu. The total number of markers in the linkage groups was found to be 2071 for Memecik and 1836 for Uslu while the average distance between two markers was 1.41 cM and 1.38 cM for Memecik and Uslu, respectively. It was considered that 39 candidates of QTL locus were identified associated with fruit ripening (LOD> 2) ; 21 of them was determined in Memecik (LG2, LG21) and 18 of them (LG1, LG2, LG8, LG12, LG17) was determined in Uslu. As a result of this study, a total of 3903 markers was determined in both genomes and considered to be a base study for the future marker assisted selections (MAS). As a result, both the genome map has been identified a total of 3903 marker and future marker assisted selection (MAS) has been prepared to work the ground.
