Since the subject of our thesis is the driving license of the mentally disabled, it covers the concept of driving license; we have written in detail the definition of the driver's license, the chapters, periods of human life in terms of driver's license, the reasons that narrow the driver's license and eliminate it and the situations affecting the driver's license in general. As a result of our research, we found that there is no appeals power in the moderate and severe mentally disabled, but there is appeals power in the mildly mentally disabled.
