This is work consists of the parts, ıntroduction, analysistext and concoedance. In the part of INTRODUCTION we tried to give information abaout the period of Hekimoğlu Ali Paşa. That is subjected to our work. General informations which are abaut debated in the work , are quated also. In the part of ANALYSIS it is mentioned abaut poems of definedevents in the work. Poems are suitable for the situations, in nature proverb. They are couplet. That is mentioned Turkish and Arabic provebs in accordance with the arrival of events. Besides, it is given information abaut Ziyâeddîn Bey and Hekimoğlu Ali Paşa. The part of TEXT is consisted of transcriptined Metâliü'l-Âliye Fi Gurreti'l-Gâliye. The piece was written with quated number and pages.
