Purpose: In this study, it was aimed to retrospectively examine the forensic reports prepared for the patients referred to the Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Medical Faculty Hospital Mental Health and Diseases outpatient clinic. The research aims to address existing significant differences by examining sociodemographic clinical features and to provide data for future research. Materials and methods: A total of 862 forensic psychiatric reports prepared in the Mental Health and Diseases outpatient clinic between 01.01.2015 and 01.01.2020 were included in the study. The research data consists of the sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of the patients consulted between 01.01.2015 and 01.01.2020. Results: As a result of the examination, 454 of 862 files belonged to women and 408 to men. 449 of the reports were attempted suicide, 189 of them were criminal responsibility examinations, 87 detailed psychiatric examinations, 60 victims of sexual abuse, 22 examinations for the appointment of guardians, 16 persons were examined for the detection of substance use, 8 persons, which was the reason for the report, "Can their statements be trusted?" came with a question. Other report reasons are rare, they will be mentioned. Conclusions: The data obtained in our study concluded that the patients should be handled with a holistic approach.
