This study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2017-2018 among the Syrian families living in Ankara, benefiting from temporary protection and having a child unable to access to education even though they are at the age of compulsory education, determine the prevalence of the factors that cause their children unable to access education and unable to go to school. Explains the effect of these factors on access to education and also analyses the relationship between participants' gender, age, education level, income level and place of residence. The main findings showed that; the most common factors among the participants were the economic factors that caused the Syrian children unable to go to school and encounter the problem of access to education. School and school environment as well as factors related to lack of security are also common. The widespread occurrence of these factors negatively affects children's access to education.
