Within the scope of changing and transforming technology for today, some facilities should be established by benefiting from immovables. The facilities that will be built for developing technoglogy and regulation, must be restriction of ownership. The ECHR and other national regulations set out the conditions and conditions under which the limited property right, which is the same right and can be asserted against everyone, can be restricted. From our point of view, establish of the organization the changing technology is the importance of considering the conditions and conditions in terms of restricting ownership. Our thesis study consists of three parts. In the first part, the legal natüre and types of media easement concept are examined. In the second part, compulsory media easement conditions and it is establishment have been examined. In the third part, The provisions of the compulsory media easement right, the termination of this right and the judicial processin case of conflict with the current status of the compulsory media were examined. Legal sources used in writing the thesis; ECHR, Turkish Civil Code No. 4721, Law No 6100 on Civil Procedure, In addition, the opinions of the Turkish Civil Code No. 743 and the doctrines and judicial decisions were used.
