Automation of administrative and education operations at the e-school through modeling, design and implementation of an interactive administrative system
Al-Hassan Bin Ali secondary school is one of thousands of schools in Iraq that still used the paper work in administrative and education. In addition, those schools were refused to use information technology in education or use any of new E-learning or E-management techniques. In this study, the main purpose is to eliminate or reduce the paper work at this school by designing and constructing a web site with three main portals for student, teachers and parents. The website has been designed to diagnose and address the problems mentioned above. The tools are based on designing and managing the website by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, and ASP.Net, which includes the Visual Basic.NET language. Moreover, SQL Server was also used to build the database of some pages. Therefore, the objective of this work, which is to automate the work at the school, has been v accomplished properly. Finally, each teacher has the ability to upload homework and lecture as well as exam grades and absents to the students whose have the ability to download and upload the solution.
Effective of real estate offices database structure analysis
Kirkuk is considered one the most important cites in Iraq for its many natural resources, multi ethnicities, groups and nationalities. Accommodation and choosing the perfect location for investment is a very important things. The scholar intends to create huge and optimize database by using MySQL language that includes urban planning foundation and geographical distribution regarding patterns of land uses. Currently, Iraq is still using old traditional system in searching the best real estate which requires a lot of effort and time to meet the needs. Kirkuk's applying this system encourages the scholar to build electronic real estate system. In order to facilitate the task in a short time by creating such a mobile application. This system has been created via Php language to design the website. The website admin inputs data regarding the required the real estate and then put them on a map (based on Google map) as well as authorizing the agent ( broker ) to do the same tasks done by the admin. The results will be displayed on (Android Application) which has been created via java Android language. In this way, citizens of Kirkuk will easily find their prospective real estate (Residence, Land, Apartment, Shops, Pharmacy, Firm, Factory, Agricultural land) for either purchasing or rent purpose in any time or place. Least but not last the user can communicate with the broker in case he/she likes the e. advert by calling, sms or sending a message on email address or any social media posts ( Facebook, Twitter ). Irak Al Najaf ' daki̇ gaz türbi̇nli̇ elektri̇k santrali̇ni̇n ekserji̇ anali̇zi̇
The exergy analysis of Al Najaf power plant of capacity 115.74MW which is located in Iraq will present in this study. The analysis of every component in the system apart was tested in accordance with the laws of mass and energy conversion was one of the main goals of this thesis. As well as we will identify and quantify the sites which have exergy losses. This analysis provides an alternative plan to ensure superior performance of a power plant. The aspects under consideration were the quantitative exergy balance for the entire system and for each component, respectively. At different temperatures, rate of irreversibility of system components, efficiency of exergy and the efficiency flaws were highlighted for each component and for the whole plant. The exergy flow of a material is classified into the groupings of thermal, mechanical and chemical exergy in this study and a stream of entropy-production. Fuel Natural gas of low heating value of 50050 kJ/kg was used as the fuel. The evaluation addressed the question of how the fluctuations in cycle temperatures influence the exergetic efficiency and exergy destruction in the plant. The rate of exergy destruction in the turbine was around 2.75% whereas that in the combustion chamber was about 55.77%. When a 8°C rise was done in the temperature, exergy efficiency for the combustion chamber was calculated to be 49.83%. According to the results of the study, the combustion chamber is found to be chief means of irreversibilities in the plant. Also, it was identified that the exergetic efficiency and the exergy destruction are considerably dependent on the alterations in the turbine inlet temperature. On the basis of these results, recommendations are presented for advancement of the plant.
Numerical study of influence of air ceiling diffusers on room air flow characteristics
Bu araştırmada, soğutma kurallarına bağlı olarak sınır koşulları belli olan klimalı alanlardaki hava akış türbülanslarını içeren kuramsal bir çalışma yapılmıştır. İki boyutlu ve üç boyutlu olmak üzere iki tür havalandırma sorunu ele alınmıştır: Sade odalarda izotermal havalandırma ve ısı veya kütle transferi ile gerçekleşen izotermal olmayan havalandırma. Araştırmada, dört farklı dağıtıcı için (deplasman, ızgara, kesik tip ve kare anemostatları) akım ve termal sınır koşulları üzerine çalışma yapılmıştır. Fiziksel modelin boyutları (2.43 metre yüksekliğe sahip olarak) (5.16 x 3.65 metredir). Dört anemostat için tedarik koşulu deplasman için (0.0768 kg/s), ızgara için (0.0768 kg/s), kesik tip için (0.1410 kg/s) ve kare anemostat için (0.750 kg/s) ayrıca tüm tipler için tedarik sıcaklığı (15o C) ve anemostat türlerine ilişkin dönüş ise sıfır akım basıncı ve (24o C) olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sınırlı hacim yöntemini kullanarak üç boyutlu bir bilgisayar programının (Fluent 6.3.26) modifiye edilmiş bir sürümü, model odadaki hareketli kompleks akışı simüle etmek adına kullanılmıştır. Bunlar, birkaç türbülans modeli ayrıca k-E ve k-w modellerini kullanan yöntem çözümü kullanarak sayısal olarak incelenmiştir. Sayısal sonuçlar aşağıdaki gruplara ayrılabilir: 1. İzotermal olmayan üç boyutlu ve izotermal olan iki boyutlu iki vaka olarak ASHRAE RP-1009'dan alınan ölçülmüş değerler ile karşılaştırılan sonuçlar, 2. (k-w) modelinin daha doğru ve gerçeğe daha yakın olduğu görülmektedir, bunun nedeni deplasman havalandırması (hız eğrilerinde %19.87) ve (sıcaklık eğrisinde %14.20) genel ortalama hata payıdır. 3. Bu modeller için Irak koşullarını (doğu, güney ve batı) simüle eden üç yön için dört farklı anemostata ilişkin Geçerli Taslak Sıcaklıklar (EDT) aşağıdaki gibidir: Deplasman çıkışından alınan Irak'taki farklı binalar için zorunlu havalandırma koşulları ile kompleks hava akışı ve sıcaklık dağılımları için yaygın olarak kullanılan türbülans modellerinin EDT performansı, diğer türlerden daha iyidir. Bu sonuçların doğruluğu, ortalama sıcaklık koşullarında farklı seviyelerde bulunabilir.
A web-based system to enhance students' abilities in English education
The research deals with enhancing the students' abilities to learn English language. The enhancement will be in the form of web-based computer system hosted in the root establishment of education that the students can access using their own computers at homes or school computers. The proposed system will use the computer digital media like movies, dictionaries, and speech facilities to simplify the reading, writing, listening, speaking and the vocabulary of the English language. The system is instructors' assistance system uses all attractive facilities to be students' favorite and beloved system and portable to give students the longest period of education with ability to share knowledge between them. It is an integrated multimedia system the override students motivations to enhance education facilities. The system will be implemented using the Microsoft Visual Studio development tool with aid of Visual C#.net integrated with Asp.Net tools to build the website according to the latest technologies in web-based application development. The designed system deals with analysis of the benefits of using it and questioners to show its intended application results and its abilities to reduce education costs and increase education effectiveness.
Selecting a suitable database system for Kirkuk University
In this thesis, the situation for Kirkuk University was especially studied in order to change the current mechanism of managing the procedures based mostly on papers and manual work to that of another mechanism based on a database system. After studying the conditions of the University, we suggested and designed two models for two database systems that are adopted to be studied and compared in this thesis, namely the centralized database system and distributed database system. By using these models, comparisons are obtained between these two systems by applying three methods. The first method is to compare the general features for these two systems, the second by using three suggested queries as a simulation of the most used queries in the University, and the third by creating a questionnaire at the Presidency of the University and College of Agriculture, considering it as one of six colleges that communicates with the University campus via the WAN. Finally, the results of the three methods are analyzed in order to select a suitable database system for the conditions at Kirkuk University.
Management of spatial data of residential areas in Kirkuk via GIS technology
Due to the importance of Kirkuk which is located between longitudes (44° 26' 27 "E - 44° 17'10 "E), and latitudes (35° 30' 34 "N - 35° 20 '5 "N), has reached the researcher to choose representation cartographer for the selection of the best residential areas. This study was characterized by the use of systems software geographic information of the program (Arc GIS .v.10.0) and remote sensing techniques of virtual satellite patched (Quick Bird) and captured by the US satellite, with accuracy discriminatory (0.60 cm) for the year 2008 and the use of a huge database of the city and all uses of the land where the base. This study serve to increase the wheel ideal urban development and urban planning on the grounds of residential areas and the center of gravity is the foundation of a city by creating substantial network infrastructure and distribution services by global and regional standards that are spread around the scale. The researcher test all areas of the city land in residential areas to reach the best and most suitable areas such as education, health, commercial, recreational and religious spaces. On the other hand, has compared the security reality of Iraq in general and the study area, in particular, by testing the police stations sites that cause a threat to residential areas for its existence within the scope of these areas depending on the user criterion which in turn results bodily harm as a physical in case of any terrorist act at these centers. In addition, the researcher to build an internal transportation network is ideal represented by the shortest path base and less time to publish this network to all parties and the revival of the city housing, education, health and industrial areas to the comprehensive coverage of the city and the distribution of bus stations in a perfect way a distance of (500 m) between each bus station. A modified securtiy approach for web application used for the registration of the student at Çankaya University
This thesis goal is to design and implement a modified security approach for web-based system for student's registration in Natural and Applied Science Institute of Çankaya University Web application that help students to register by using the Internet..The employee can also use this application to track follow student status by monitoring the student information and give a report for each user, this proposed application can reduce time and effort for the users.The proposed application system can also be applied on smart devices (Iphone and Ipad)
Performence enhancement analysis of modern wireless networks using mimo technique
The systems that utilizing multiple transmit and multiple receive antennas are commonly known as Multiple - Input Multiple - Output (MIMO) systems. This wireless networking technology can greatly improves wireless communication system by exploiting the multipath propagation constructively. These paths can be exploited to provide redundancy of transmitted data, thus improving the reliability of transmission (diversity gain) or increasing the number of simultaneou sly transmitted data streams and increasing the capacity of the wireless system (multiplexing gain) and decreasing bit error rate. This thesis introduces a comparative studies that determines the diversity and channel capacity enhancements, resulting from using our proposed MIMO wireless model. The antenna configurations for this model uses new microstrip bandpass filter to prevent the lower image sideband as far as possible for these antennas.These enhancements has been analysed in term of Bit Error Rate (BER) and bit rate of data transmission for the diversity and capacity enhancements, respectively.
