Abstract (EN)

Before telling how important the comic school books presented for the children of the pre-school period (0-6 age), we started the issue with the history of the definition and types and pictured child comic books. Besides pictured child comic books are important before today, they are likely to be important in the future. Since child is changing and developing continously, his or her state of soul faces with rapid changes. As childs artistic talent and development are observed with the pictures that he/she drew, and also it is observed through child comic books presented to him or her. Child develops himself/herself in an artistic way at every age pay attention are different. The comic books children pay attention show differences accordion to the periods in that illustration and content. Normally, it is knownthat the relationship of a child with books begins when he/she is eleven months old. In the first term, books are regarded as entertaining and amusing. Arstofall, a child meets the pictures or illustration before books. From this point of view, the properties of the comic books, according to children's terms, are extremely important in view of the points to be taken into consideration while illustrating the comic books and determining children's mental situations and psychologic needs. ir; our country, the importance of the comic books prepared tor the pre-scnooi period is mentioned, but the sufneiet efforts are not made.If we want to obtain the individuals whose aesthetic and artistic values developed, we must know that the education of the comic books is one of the most important stages. It is a reality that a well-prepared child comic book will naturally reach its aim.
