Abstract (EN)
In the research, it was aimed to examine the effects of different training methods on motor development performances in children aged 10-11 playing soccer. This study was conducted using experimental method. The 60 children participating in the study were divided into three equal groups by randomly method and formed experiment 1, experiment 2 and experiment groups. The control group was chosen from children who didn't participate in any sports activities. (15 children). The experimental groups and the control group athletes were tested before 12 weeks from the study, including height, weight, flexibility, sit and reach, zigzag agility, speed 10m, 20m and standing long jump tests also dribbling with the right foot, dribbling with the left foot, standing shot, mobile shot, right pass, left hit pass and middle pass tests were applied and the preliminary test values were recorded. Each athlete was given two test rights and the best of these values was accepted. Experiment 1 group performed rope and ladder exercises consisting of 60 minutes and 2 days a week, experiment 2 group performed football technical studies consisting of 60 minutes and 2 days a week, and experiment 3 group performed track and field works consisting of 60 minutes and 2 days a week. The control group was not subjected to any training. Experiment 1, Experiment 2, Experiment 3 and control group athletes were subjected to retesting at the end of the 12-week training program and final test values were obtained. Descriptive statistics were calculated after the obtained data were transferred to the ''Statistical Package for Social Sciences 20'' package program. "Wilcoxon Signed Rank" was used to compare the means of the pre-test and post-test measurements performed in the study, and the ''Kruskal Wallis Test'' for comparisons between groups was used. The obtained findings were evaluated at 95% confidence interval and 5% significance level. As a result; Showcasing the progress of speed ladder running, football technical working and track and field for 12 weeks. As a result of these values, speed ladder working, football technical working, track and field working can be used in terms of improving athletes in training programs. As a result of all the tests analyzed, it has been the group that made the most improvement in Experiment 2 football technical studies. The group that performed experimental 3 athletics studies, respectively, was the group that performed experimental 1 ladder exercises.
