Abstract (EN)

On announcement of Gulhane Hatt-i Humayun, the values of propert, land and animal of the people are determined and excised to justice on tax. For this reason, fort he first time, essay was started on Gelibolu and Hudavendigar sanjak. These essays, especially before and after the administrative reforms, are highly important to agreement of socio-economic condition of Otoman province.Temettu?at registries include some information about demographic and ethnic form of region, moveable and immoveable values on level individual volume of enterpricies, people?s job, labor force, total and annotation tax bite, agricultural crop, animals, and commercial and industrial institution. Temettu'at registries are in Otoman archives, and in 1988, they were represented to seek by ranking. We intend to assess the socio and aconomic form of the region which is mentioned with respect statistical data on the dated 1844- 1845 (H.1260- 1261) registries of Kirgilli, Findik, Sofca, Kozluca, Cobanlar and Doglusah villages in Armudili region Kutahya province in Hudavendigar state. By this way, we aim to present general form of the mentioned areas in Tanzimat period.Key words: Temettu?at Tax, Temettu?at Registries, Kutahya and Otoman Socio-Economic Form.
