Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the 2D and 3D modeling of the Volt Electric Motors VM 90L-2 model three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor was carried out using ANSYS Student 2025 R1 software, and its electromagnetic analyses were performed. The fundamental performance parameters of the motor, including power factor, efficiency, nominal speed, stator resistance, input power, and output power, were analyzed. Input power was calculated manually, and stator resistances were measured. Simulation results were compared with catalog values to evaluate the motor's performance and design accuracy. During the simulations conducted in the ANSYS Maxwell environment, the stator and rotor designs of the motor were created, and parameters such as magnetic flux density and torque values were examined in detail. The analysis results provided significant insights into the motor's energy efficiency and mechanical performance. Comparisons with the catalog values revealed that the simulation data were consistent with actual measurements. This study offers a comprehensive approach to the design, modeling, and performance analysis of three-phase asynchronous motors, emphasizing the importance of electromagnetic analysis software in the design and optimization of electric motors.
