Abstract (EN)

This is research, 360 degree feedback method and the effect of this method on business success. The research was conducted on the employees included in the 360 degree performance evaluation system of Turkish Telecommunication Corporation. A survey was conducted on 103 employees in the survey. 32-item scale was used in the survey to determine the effects of the performance evaluation system. The collected data were analyzed using statistical package program. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics, Kruskal Wallis H-test, Mann Whitney-U test were used. The research has reached the conclusion that the overall effect is moderate with x̄=3,212 means, with leadership, task management, adaptation to change, communication impact, human relations, outcome production, personnel training and development and performance appraisal. It has been determined that the performance evaluation system is not related to the time of the study where it is working, the department studied, the title, the previous working place other than the institution, the marital status, the voluntary occupation, and the 360 degree performance system. In addition, the results of the performance evaluation system vary according to the occupational experience, age, department, gender, and educational background.
