The crimes against sexual immunity in the 5237 numbered Turkish Penal Code

The crimes against sexual immunity that even exist in the ancient times civilizations societies, is a kind of crime that is realized against persons moral values, honour, freedom and physical integrity and also that harms the societies moral values and lead the moral and material effects on victim.
