Prepositional phrases in the Poemkanduu Cildar by Aali Tokombayev

Kanduu Cıldar is one of the crucial works of Kyrgyz Literature that is written in Kyrgyz Turkic language belonging to Kipczak Group Turkish Dialects. The theme of this work is the massacres and this work is written by Aalı Tokombayev who is Kyrgyz poet/author and lived during the period of massacres attempted by Czardom of Russia toKyrgyz people. In terms of the theme, this important work has become a valuable text for dialect studies. In this study, preposition that is a comprehensive topic in Turkish language is united with the novel together. In this work, the prepositions determined are analyzed by taking the functions of preps in the sentences and also meanings in the other places into consideration Key Words: Kanduu Cıldar, Aalı Tokombayev, Prepositions, Conjuctions, Interjections
