Abdullah bin Abbas and his wiews on fiqh

In our research, the understanding of precedent of Abdullah bin Abbas, who has an important place in the field of fiqh and has a leading role in the tradition of science, has been emphasized. The fact that Abdullah bin Abbas is famous as translator of the Qur'an and the emphasis on this aspect has led to many studies about him in the field of commentary. However, although he is famous in the field of commentary, this unique companion is mentioned among the four alfaki companions known as "Abâdile" in his time. In addition to the fact that he was chosen as a pilgrimage ameer by the caliphs of the period and the fact that he was assigned to implement the punishments in the time of Omar, his precedents in the field of worship, deeds, and punishment reveal how important scientific personality he is in the field of fiqh. In this context, doing thesis study named Abdullah bin Abbas and his Fiqh Opinions, we will try to touch, even if it is a little bit, on the authority of this alfaki companion in the field of fiqh by revealing Abdullah bin Abbas's understanding of precedent, his unique views, and some issues on which he differed and agreed with the public. In the subjects we have discussed, the opinions of Ibni Abbas will be mentioned. Because the breadth of the topics will cause the thesis to be too long, when a topic is discussed, especially the views of Ibni Abbas will be put forward and the points of disagreement and the agreed matters will be tried to be revealed in a comparative way with other views when it is necessary.
