Abstract (EN)

Changes in pregnant patient physiology, their diseases and drugs, changes the response capabilities against trauma and increases mortality. We aimed to identify the factors that affecting prognosis and mortality in the pregnant trauma patients. In this study, 323 patient, between 2010 and 2015 for a 6 year period in Diyarbakır Dicle University Hospital which have been admitted to the emergency department due to different traumatic pregnant patients were examined. Patient data were recorded in the standard prepared form. This forms includes, protocol number, date of application, age, cause of trauma, Glasgow Coma Scale value, revised trauma score value, chronic disease presence, chronic drug use, the seasons of trauma,blood account and biyokimya biochemistry values, reference tension, findings, system injury, additional organ injuries, treatmented, clinics where patients hospitalized and death situation. 7 patients died. 316 patients have survived. To be in low GKS, high ISS, TRISS, RTS scors have found to be a risk factor for mortality in all pregnant patient groups. Chest trauma of all system injury increases mortality. We have seen a significant to be in first and thirt trimester for pregnancy complication. Most of the hospitalized patients were followed for head and multible trauma. Most of our patients have not pregnancy complication.
