Abstract (EN)

Today, companies offer consumers more than one brand of the same product, but use promotional tools to stay one step ahead. Production for the consumer and having more than one option increases the competition in the market. Companies aimed to maintain a high profit rate, low advertising costs, reach the target audience and then purchase the product or use the service. Outdoor advertising reaches the target audience and advertises without difficulty in conveying the desired message. Whether these products are mobile, fixed or technical, they successfully attract the attention of the consumer and stand out as an advertising tool that makes the purchase, promotes the product and creates brand awareness. This study consists of three parts. In the first part; advertising development and strategies under the title of advertising, the development process of advertising, advertising classification, advertising characteristics, advertising strategies and advertising value, in the second part; the concept of outdoor advertising, the historical development of outdoor advertising, its advantages and disadvantages, features, production techniques and forms of reaching the consumer, and in the third part; In the title of application areas of outdoor advertising, static advertising areas and mobile advertising areas are mentioned. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the change and transformation processes in the context of technological developments in outdoor advertising. Thanks to this approach, it has been shown that there is technology interaction with outdoor advertisements. Keywords: Advertising, Advertising, Outdoor Advertising, Technology
