The effect of character education program in equity and respect on the moral adolescene rank of the seventy class students.

Aim of this study to investigate the effects of justice and Respect character training programme on student?s moral maturity level. Study consists of five major parts,such as; introduction, literature, method,finding?s and interpretation and result, discussion and suggestion.This study has been held in Yalova 75.yıl Mehmet Akif Ersoy Primary school in 2007_2008.20 student?s have been involved in this investigation. Ten of them as experiment group and other ten of them us control group. İn this study Personel Data Forum and Moral Maturity Criterion that hes been impraved by Kulaksızoğlu and Dilmaç have been used.After determining education programme and criterion that would be carried out,the student?s were selected. Ten student?s in experiment group have been educated about justice and Respect Character Training during 14 sessions after experiment group and controls group,which were impartial and equal each other,formed. This study has been completed in fourteen sessions,two sessions in a week and each session about one hour .Control group hasn?t been informed about anything.By the results of character training program,it has been approved that this program is effective on growth of primary school student?s moral maturity level.Key words; values,character, avtive learning,moral,moral maturity,character training.
