Abstract (EN)
In this research, which was carried out to determine factors such as socio-economic status, firm expenditure, financing needs and credit usage, land tenure of greenhouse vegetables producers in Adana and Mersin provinces, a questionnaire was applied to 106 producers registered in the Greenhouse Registration System using face-to-face personel interview technique. According to the results of the research covering the period of 1 November 2021 and 31 January 2022, it was determined that the producers preffered Public Banks and Agriculture Credit Cooperatives the reasons for their preference were low interest rates,and they did not have enough information about alternative financing instruments and loans.In addition,it was observed that the increase in costs and pandemic conditions increased the need for financing but financial structuring were not preffered due to the high interest rates.
