Personal Information Form, Physical Activity Questionnaire, Time Management Questionnaire and Nutrition Exercise Behavior Scale were used as data collection tools in the study. In the study, x=18.85±6.65 score from Physical Activity Questionnaire, x=77.46±12.14 score from Time Management Questionnaire, x=138.86±25.79 is obtained from Nutrition Exercise Behavior Scale. The relation between subjects' physical activity levels and subdimension of time planning was positive, subdimension of time planning attitudes was positive, dimension of time wasters was negative, total time management was positive. When nutrition-exercise behavior was analysed, it was observed that subjects' psychological/addicted eating attitude is at the medium level, healthy nutrition and exercise behavior level is at the medium level, too and unhealthy nutrition and exercise level is at the medium level, and behaviors about meal order is at the high level. As a result, adolescents' physical activity levels, time management and nutrition-exercise behaviors are at medium level. Also, being physically active and being close to parks and gyms can positively affect time management and nutrition-exercise behaviors. When the physical activity levels, time management levels and nutrition exercise behaviors of the participants are evaluated according to the gender variable, the physical activity levels of the boys are significantly higher than the girls. Girls' levels are significantly higher than boys in the time planning sub-dimension, yet again the levels of girls are significantly higher than boys in the time wasting sub-dimension. When the participants were evaluated according to the variable of whether there is a park or a gym near their home, the physical activity levels of those who have a park and a gym around their home are significantly higher than those who do not have a park and gym around their home. As a result, it can be said that the physical activity levels of adolescents are low, their time management and nutrition-exercise behaviors are at medium level. In addition, being active can positively affect time management and nutrition-exercise behaviors, depending on gender, proximity to the park and the gym.
