Abstract (EN)
In order to achieve competitive advantage in today's organizations, employee productivity should be at satisfactory levels. It is known that the loss of labor and time is at lower levels in the organizations which are efficient in their employees. It is observed that organization employees who have high sense of belonging have a sense of responsibility towards their organizations and as a result they are more understanding and helpful towards their colleagues. Employees' sense of belonging motivates the employee to show organizational citizenship. Such behaviors are important in terms of increasing productivity in organizations. For this reason, one of the first issues to be questioned in order to increase employee productivity should be whether the employee feels himself or her belonging to the organization. This study investigates the level of perceived insider status of organizational employees to the level of organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Perceived Insider Status, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Citizenship Behaviour.
