The focus of the study is to examine whether teachers' perceptions of institutional reputation and their individual performances differ in terms of various demographic characteristics (gender, educational status, age, years of working at school and Professional experience). According to the results obtained, it was determined that teachers' perceptions of institutional reputation and individual performance did not show a significant difference with the sevariables. The research has shown that factors such as gender, educational background or age are not determining factors in institutional reputation and individual performance evaluations among teachers. This is an important finding for the public sector, revealing that institutions evaluate and encourage teachers in a similar way, even if they have different demographic characteristics. These results emphasize the importance of public institutions strengthening the corporate reputation perceptions of teachers and other employees by adopting a transparent, fair and accountable management approach. In conclusion, this study shows that corporate reputation is not only a choice but also a necessity and can directly affect the performance of employees in the public sector. Public institutions need to develop strategic and effective policies in order to increase employees' perception of corporate reputation and there fore their performance.
