These results emphasize the importance of public institutions strengthening the corporate reputation perceptions of teachers and other employees by adopting a transparent, fair and accountable management approach. In conclusion, this study shows that corporate reputation is not only a choice but also a necessity and can directly affect the performance of employees in the public sector. Public institutions need to develop strategic and effective policies in order to increase employees' perception of corporate reputation and there fore their performance.
