The relationship between being, knowledge ,value at Alparslan Açıkgenç

This thesis comprises of the study into the views of Alparslan Açıkgenç, thinking upon the problems of today?s Islamic thought and having a spectacular place at Turkey Islamic thought with systematic and original approaches he brought for knowledge, over being, knowledge and value. In his works, Açıkgenç mentions about the reflection of these concepts on human life and shows how the understanding of being, knowledge and value makes human gain a philosophy of life and how these all have a role in the formation of civilizations.The study is made up of an introduction, a conclusion and other four parts. The views and why Açıkgenç deliberated on these concepts and the effects of these concepts on man significantly were aimed to explain in the introduction part.First part includes the examination of his understanding of being and the understanding of being by Mullah Sadra who has an impact on his ideas in this issue.In the second part knowledge and source of knowledge, its boundary, structure, correctness, subjectivity and objectivity that are the major problems of the issue of knowledge were examined. In addition, the relationship of knowledge and science, science and Koran and science was studied.152Answers were sought for the questions of ?What is value??, ?What is the relation between knowledge and value?? in the third part and scientific and religious knowledge were also referred to.In the fourth part, civilization that is a social manifestation of knowledge and value was examined within the context of the philosophy of world.In the part of conclusion, evaluation of the views of Alparslan Açıkgenç whose ideas we examined throughout the thesis and the results we reached took place.Key Words1.
